At Wunderman Thompson’s Prague office you’ll find skilled data analysts, creative people with unique ideas, as well as modern technology enthusiasts. There’s almost 400 of us in Prague, and in the office, you’ll meet both junior and senior colleagues from different parts of the world. We speak Czech and English, but sometimes you’ll also hear Spanish or Italian. Although we are the largest marketing agency in the Czech Republic and a bit of a corporate, an important part of our corporate culture is a friendly and informal atmosphere based on mutual trust and cooperation.
Our Prague branch looking for Campaign Administrator
What you’ll do:
- You’ll execute online marketing campaigns for a big multinational company according to briefed content.
- You’ll become an expert in internal/external marketing tools for campaign set-up and execution - emails, events, online profiling and related reporting.
- HTML editing – You’ll edit emails and/or simple landing pages.
- You’ll communicate with clients daily about campaigns, and consult on optimal usage of marketing tools.
- You’ll support clients in reporting the results of their campaigns.
- You’ll implement quality assurance processes to ensure accurate and on-time campaign delivery.
- You’ll be accountable for resolving client issues, proposing solutions, and escalating to the appropriate person to the point of resolution.
What you’ll need:
- Your fluency in both written and spoken English is paramount. Your daily communication with the client will be in English.
- Knowledge of MS Office is essential.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS will make starting this role easier.
- Experience in digital marketing best practices and competencies, including e-mail, websites, data, and online events management, are very welcome, but not required.
- Solid understanding of marketing project process flow and execution is an advantage.
- Interest in modern technologies is an advantage.
- We’re looking for someone who is detail oriented and analytical.
- Finally, you must have an EU work permit!
