Who we are looking for:
Wunderman Thompson is seeking a Strategist. As the digital ecosystem becomes more fragmented and consumer needs more personalized, Strategists define what should be created and when – based on business objectives, value to the consumer, cultural relevance, and competitive assessments – and determine where and in what form this content should live and how it will find an audience. They develop ideas to enhance and optimize the customer experience across the digital ecosystem.
What you’ll do:
- Lead | Guide the identification, articulation, and execution of digital XC opportunities that increase the business’ competitive advantage, drive customer engagement, and aid in digital transformation.
- Develop | Determine processes and frameworks of activities for defining the strategic vision of digital opportunities.
- Research | Source and mine relevant data sources to identify key insights and opportunities for digital optimizations.
- Consult | Provide ongoing consultative services and support as a strategic business partner to ensure consistency and fluidity across the digital ecosystem.

What you’ll need:
- 3+ years of professional strategy and/or UX experience within a digital agency, consulting firm, and/or boutique strategy firm.
- Proven experience in various types of user/customer research, user testing and analysis, insights generation, campaign. development, touchpoint/ journey mapping, workshop design and management, developing sketches/ low fidelity wireframes for digital prototypes, products, and or services.
- Research, including outside the box thinking on how to locate and verify information.
- Expertise in synthesizing and translating information and/or data into cohesive and concise thoughts and plans. Articulating problems and solutions clearly to bring unity to teams.
- Experience in large website redesigns preferred.
- Experience working on a large, cross-functional team.
- Ability to lead cross-functional meetings.
- Strong communication skills with internal agency teams and external agency partners.
- Demonstrated written, verbal and presentation skills.
