Who we’re looking for:
POSSIBLE Argentina, a Wunderman Thompson company, is seeking a freelance recruiter with the eyes of an eagle, a person that is highly efficient in finding skill people in the required area. The Possible Talent Recruiter is responsible not only for supporting our hiring needs but also at going after them. For 3 months you will be giving support full time to our HR department by working with leaders from multiple teams from the agency, always looking proactively for the best candidate that matches each team's requirements.
What you’ll do:
- Support | Help team in hiring top talent across multiple disciplines – Creative, Strategy, Account, Project Management, Performance Marketing, Technology, and Operational roles.
- Ownership | Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
- Profiles | Screen portfolios and resumes, qualify candidates.
- Coordination | Set up and manage the interview process.
- Screenings | Screen candidates by performing phone screenings.
- Processes | Follow up of the recruiting process.
- Data base | Update candidates and application status in our applicant tracking system.
- Head hunting | Actively seek candidates that may be suitable for roles within POSSIBLE, even when there are no roles to fill.
What you’ll need:
- 3+ years of experience in a recruiting/talent role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field or the equivalent.
- Experience working in a digital or advertising agency.
- High integrity, self-motivated and proven track record in fast-pace environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Expert in Outlook and proficient with Word and Excel.
