What you’ll be doing:
You’re an ambitious CRM Strategy professional looking to accelerate your learning curve and to help us deliver game changing campaigns for one of our and the industry’s biggest clients. We are their Experience agency responsible for leaving no stone unturned in seeking to identify the biggest problems, find the best solutions, and to deliver these solutions brilliantly, no matter where they exist in the customer journey.

- Focusing on the core business KPIs, develop and implement CRM programs that align to key moments of need within the customers journey based on insights from analytics and behavioral science
- Deliver omni-channel campaigns across email, push notifications, web, mobile apps, social platforms, and other channels and devices, as relevant to the customer experience
- Partner with client to innovate meaningful member benefits, programs or feature improvements that differentiate the brand and delight customers
- Partner with client stakeholders to operationalize segment-specific strategies and develop cross-channel programs and initiatives that increase key performance indicators
- Create business cases for new engagement opportunities, and get buy-in from key clients and stakeholders
Who you are:
You’ll have a passion for brand and communications strategy and technology, you’ll be creatively driven and have an eye on innovations that are and will be shaping our category. You’re naturally proactive leaving no stone unturned when it comes to identifying opportunities and coming up with brilliant solutions. You believe the customer should be at the heart of everything that we do and are unrelenting about finding interesting insights. You’re a fantastic communicator and presenter and are able to articulately and persuasively tell a story and take clients with you on the journey. Our ambition is to deliver award-winning work, so you’ll be a team player and have passion and energy to inspire the teams you work with to do the best possible work.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a strategic role; digital & CRM planning, including hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, such as Adobe Analytics or Test & Target and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
