CREATIVE PRODUCTION LEAD
Who we are looking for:
POSSIBLE is looking for a Creative Production Lead to join our team in Buenos Aires. You will lead a team of diverse cross-discipline experts, aiming to inspire them to exceed expectations and strive to continually evolve and grow the digital creative production work. As a Creative Production Lead you have a strong knowledge of digital production projects, new biz / pitch opportunities and ensure creative quality in a high-speed working environment. Critical to this position is a spirit of resilience and problem-solving, a collaborative approach, an ability to be hands-on backed by strong written and verbal communication skills and visual criteria.
What you’ll do:
Team | Manage, inspire and motivate a cross-discipline capabilities team from different areas, successfully becoming a force in creating a positive work environment.
Digital Production | Lead a variety of digital production projects, new biz / pitch, creative campaigns, providing strategic oversight, ensuring creative quality and key production best practices for an escalable structure.
Clients | Regularly connect with clients to create a solid partnership, building trust in our team, our capabilities and our deliverables, for a long term successful relationship.
Ways of working | Implement efficient ways of work, finding the right team, structure and process needed, depending on individual client/project needs - partnering closely with account managers & producers.

Skills and experience:
- 5 + years' experience at a digital firm, creative agency, or communications environment, with 2 + years varied background with experience in a creative digital production leadership role.
- Multicultural marketing experience, experience working with other countries a plus (Germany, US)
- Experience across all communications channels and a variety of business categories (across industries, B2B/B2C)
- Strong ability to provide clear creative direction and provide timely and helpful feedback to improve creative processes to keep work on budget and schedule in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience effectively translating & presenting a strategy to creative executions to clients and potential clients.
- Expert level of English language with excellent presentation skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- A positive attitude and respect for others.
- Strong confidence.
