What you’ll be doing:
You’re an ambitious Strategy professional looking to accelerate your learning curve and to help us deliver game changing campaigns for one of our and the industry’s biggest clients. We are their Experience agency responsible for leaving no stone unturned in seeking to identify the biggest problems, find the best solutions, and to deliver these solutions brilliantly, no matter where they exist in the customer journey.
This team was established in response to our client's need for a global agency of record for all its digital, relationship marketing, and global advertising deployment. Globally we work across 53 markets supporting our client across Consumer and Commercial business, Advertising and Online, Entertainment and manage Marketing Service Centres around the world.

- Be the UK/Europe consumer champion in all strategic and creative development. Ensure insights drive deep & relevant thinking to inform strong, end-to-end brand and solution communication strategies.
- Partner with data Strategists and analysts to understand different target audiences and define contact and messaging strategies.
- Be a champion for digital innovation – working with the lead account Strategist and our social media team.
- Interpret performance measurement and social conversations to bring insight and new opportunities
- Stay on top of emerging digital marketing and category/consumer trends
- Work collaboratively with the creative and account teams to conceptualise campaigns and bring them to life.
Who you are:
You’ll have a passion for brand and communications strategy and technology, you’ll be creatively driven and have an eye on innovations that are and will be shaping our category. You’re naturally proactive leaving no stone unturned when it comes to identifying opportunities and coming up with brilliant solutions. You believe the customer should be at the heart of everything that we do and are unrelenting about finding interesting insights. You’re a fantastic communicator and presenter and are able to articulately and persuasively tell a story and take clients with you on the journey. - Experience in a strategic role; digital & CRM planning
- Proven track record of the creation and delivery of integrated marketing communications strategies, excellent creative judgement and comfortable guiding the creative process
