What you'll be doing:
We are looking for a lead integrated designer who is passionate about their craft with a hunger for learning. You will be working across a wide variety of brands, helping to craft everything from pitches to big-screen, high-profile work.
You’ll understand brands and how to make transformative, industry-defining work that helps set our clients above the rest. We are looking for people with talent, passion and enthusiasm, not university degrees and agency pedigrees.
Our ambition is to deliver award-winning work, so you’ll be a team player and have the leadership skills to get the best out of your colleagues and the gravitas to build unshakeable relationships with clients.
You’ll sit within our multi-disciplinary design team, managing and mentoring 1-2 other designers. As a lead, you will help to inspire the team, making transformative, industry-defining work that helps set our clients above the rest. As a manager and mentor, you’ll be seen as someone the team can go to with questions and concerns and flagging these upwards, when appropriate.
Day-to-day you will be leading the design thinking on projects, you’ll be actively hands-on with the work, helping to craft the shape of a project, presenting to senior level clients and mentoring other designers on the team. If a brief isn’t right, you’re able to steer it into shape, from scoping to finished piece. You’ll have an expert level of timekeeping, working with our delivery team to ensure that projects run to plan.

- Collaborative, working across experts in all our departments to get the very best outcome
- Able to own it and to take responsibility for the work you deliver
- Keen to support the wider agency and get involved in initiatives outside of the day-to-day
- Comfortable with taking calculated risks, challenging the status quo
- Knowledgeable on the best tools to use for the job and always keen to learn more
- Understands agency life and how to navigate the business
What we can offer you:
We don’t settle for people who can just do the job, we look for people that go beyond that and always push our thinking to be better than yesterday. We believe that this is what makes our agency a great place to be – a space where you’re never far away from the best minds to learn from.
We want you to be comfortable and proud every day of the week and have created an open and inclusive environment where you can bring your whole self to work. We don’t want you to just fit into our culture, we want your uniqueness and diversity of background to add to it and make this an agency where we all have a real sense of belonging and purpose. We are a community.
Our focus is on keeping teams connected and engaged whether we're in the office or working from home, putting people’s wellbeing first, ensuring every person has access to our learning and development programme and building an inclusive workplace. We have a weekly ‘Staying Connected Calendar’ which is full to the brim of training you can get involved in, inspiration sessions hosted by external partners to check out and wellbeing classes and tips and tricks to look after your mind, body and soul. From yoga, Pilates, HIIT, hypnotherapy, a Strava cycling group, 1:1 resilience sessions and trained mental health first aiders. To name a few. Within our office we have a dedicated wellness studio and this year we built a brand new learning lab. Here we host weekly lunchtime lessons that supports iLearn, our learning & development portal home to 100s of sessions for you to access.
