Wunderman Thompson Belgium is looking for a Campaign Specialist to support one of our clients in the field of automotive.

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic and shows a lot of initiative.  Someone with creativity and passion for communication.  Someone who works pro-actively and has a hands-on practical approach.  Someone, perhaps, like you!


You will be part of the Communication Team, and will mainly work on the marcom campaigns for the Belux market, including:

  • Launch campaigns and model campaigns
  • Brand campaigns
  • Fleet (B2B) campaigns
  • Sales campaigns
  • Always on activities: national sea, dealer sea, retargeting activities, ..

As a first line contact for creative and media agencies, you will closely work with them on a daily basis:

  • Brief, follow-up and streamline campaign planning and assets
  • Organize and report on weekly follow-up/status meetings
  • Follow-up of internal approval process for all required assets
  • Make sure campaigns go live on time and in line with the guidelines
  • Make sure all campaigns are tracked correctly and reports can be created
  • Creation of dealer materials per campaign including dealers print ads, social media assets, banners,…
  • Creation of end of campaign reporting – internally and towards dealers

Further, within the communication team, you will:

  • Support Communication Manager and Head of Marketing on all ad hoc marcom presentation preparations
  • Follow up the admin and budget approval processes of media plans and concepts
  • Support Communication Manager in updating internal marketing budget
  • Assist Digital Specialist in managing the definition of the web content of all different web sites and web pages (marcom team effort)
  • Coordinate and follow-up of all the content of the virtual showroom, Including price changes, legal disclaimers, new model integrations


  • You work independently and can set your own priorities.
  • You have experience with coordinating and organising online campaigns, including budget management.
  • You have a good knowledge of social media management and monitoring.
  • You are responsible, motivated, well-informed and ‘hands on’.
  • You write effective analyses and strong briefings.
  • You are a digital native, closely following the latest online trends.
  • You are extremely organised.
  • You speak French with knowledge of Dutch and English
