Who we are looking for:  

Wunderman Thompson/MSC is seeking a contract Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Boston recruiting efforts. You are a matchmaker, a connector and a problem solver. You understand that recruiting isn't about filling roles, it is about building relationships and matching individuals with opportunities. You are engaging, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone. You understand the importance of building teams that reflect diverse perspectives and bring with you a robust network of experienced individuals.

This is a 3-month contract opportunity with the potential to extend.

What you’ll do:                                 

  • Recruit | Manage full-cycle recruiting process with the goal of hiring a diverse talent pool.
  • Build Relationships | Manage relationships with qualified candidates to build a community of candidates for high demand positions.
  • Collaborate | Work with department heads to create interview questions and interview plans that identify the talent and skills required for open positions. Guide hiring teams on the candidate selection process, as well as evaluations and offer discussions.
  • Process | Ensure compliance on all hiring activities to include reference checks, background checks, offer approvals, and other recruiting policies.

What you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a recruiting role at a digital or advertising agency, creative staffing agency or in-house creative team required.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion programs.
  • Experience hiring candidates across departments; this would include Creative, Client Services, Project Management and Strategy.
  • Adjust your communication style and approach.
