What you’ll be doing:
We’re looking for an experienced Front-end developer who can bring together the layers of structure, data, design, content and functionality into a fully functional web application
Someone who knows how to create innovative solutions to web design issues to help make the website more visually appealing and usability.
Who you are:
Relevant tertiary qualification
Experience with CSS pre-processors such as SASS or LESS
Solid understanding of responsive design
Understanding of CMS theming
Understanding of HTML semantics
A strong command of the English language
Canvas and WebGL
Animation techniques - SVG, CSS3, JS
Can use JS frameworks of vanilla - not dependent on frameworks.
Experience with page load and performance - conscious about the influence on load time and performance for each step in the
Advanced understanding of CSS/3
Interaction skills with JS
Acknowledgement of various JS frameworks (React, Angular, Vue etc)
Experience with GIT or similar version control systems
Responsible and capable of meeting tight deadlines
Solve difficult technical problems blocking project progress or work quality
Ensure that the software is maintainable, scalable, secure and of a high quality
Mentor Intermediate and Junior developers to encourage best practice standards and methodologies
Assist the Technical Lead with estimations on new tasks and projects
Run product demonstrations of completed work to clients and other project stakeholders
Collaborate with other team members of the project, such as usability, design, front-end, QA and project managers
The ability to handle and deliver multiple projects on time
Lead and work as part of a team to help ensure the timely delivery
