For this role, we’re after someone who has a firm grounding in the world of customer engagement (CRM, in old money) to help shape strategy for several of our biggest clients.
Experience in utilities would be a plus, and Telco, even better – but it’s not essential. What we’re looking for is proof of an entrepreneurial, interested mindset from a candidate who wants to deepen their knowledge and practice of integrated strategy – to focus on the whole brand, not just one facet of it.
You’ll leave no stone unturned in seeking to identify the biggest problems, find the best solutions, and to deliver these solutions brilliantly, no matter where they exist in the customer journey.

What you'll be doing:
- Help the team develop acquisition and in life communications for one of our biggest clients.
- Create digital experiences for one of our other large clients (to be confirmed!)
- Lead communications strategies for certain lines of their business(es)
- Be expected to develop strategies in tandem with other strategic depts – data and customer experience
- Work closely with the client service team to provide ongoing strategic support
- Inspire the creative team, and all of those lucky enough to work alongside you.
- Develop close working relationships with senior members of the creative team. For instance, debating propositions, being vocal in creative WIP’s
- Lead insight development – sometimes using primary research
- Work alongside more junior and more senior strategists, providing counsel and opinions where approrpiate
- Be expected to spot new creative opportunities on the account to drive innovation
- Be given room to grow fast but with the right support.
Who you are:
You’ll have a passion for brand and communications strategy and technology, you’ll be creatively driven and have an eye on innovations that are and will be shaping our category. You’re naturally proactive leaving no stone unturned when it comes to identifying opportunities and coming up with brilliant solutions. You believe the customer should be at the heart of everything that we do and are unrelenting about finding interesting insights. You’re a fantastic communicator and presenter and are able to articulately and persuasively tell a story and take clients with you on the journey. Our ambition is to deliver award-winning work, so you’ll be a team player and have passion and energy to inspire the teams you work with to do the best possible work. Some B2B experience would be useful, but not essential.
- Experience in a strategic role; creative / content strategy / digital & CRM planning
- Proven track record of the creation and delivery of integrated marketing communications strategies, excellent creative judgement and comfortable guiding the creative process
