What will you be doing?
We are looking for someone that lives and breathes content production and great storytelling, is highly creative in their production approach when tackling briefs with challenging budgets and timings, has excellent knowledge of content channels and emerging tech. They need to have a great book of industry contacts in place, as well as keeping abreast of specialist partners.
A multitasker with tons of experience in all stages of production, the ideal candidate needs to be an all rounder who is comfortable with both the production and the client facing side of things. Some of our clients are managed directly via the producers while others are serviced through our Client Services and Project Management teams. The SR Content Producer will need to be adaptable to both scenarios and will need to have excellent communication skills to keep all involved informed and happy through out the projects.
A positive, can do attitude is essential. A solid production background with 8+ years of experience in a variety of content shot both in studio and on location is necessary. Ideally, these will include: branded content, commercials, animations, CGI & 3D content. TVC experience is a bonus.
We are looking for a confident personality that can get under the skin of our values, will uphold and improve processes, whilst maintaining a collaborative approach within the creative department.
In this hands on role you will have ownership of projects from conception to delivery. Responsibilities will include: Consulting with creatives on developing ideas for briefs, scoping budgets, scheduling & managing timelines, sourcing freelance crews, talent (real people as well as actors/models etc), locations and permissions, carrying out risk assessments, client presentations/PPMs, running shoots, overseeing post (all stages from briefing the editors/ motion designers to delivery, including: edit, grade, sound design, VFX/GFX/CGI), keeping all stakeholders informed and updated through out projects, financial reconciliations, as well as holding washup meetings once a job is complete to discuss what could be done better next time.
You'll work closely with the executive producer, producers in the team, creatives, directors, talent, project managers, clients, and other internal and external stakeholders, ensuring jobs are completed to the highest of standards, within budget and on time. You’ll help improve and implement new processes in the department, help mentor more junior members of staff as well as establishing great relationships across departments to ensure a collaborative spirit in the agency.
Who are you?
- Someone with exceptional breadth of skills and understanding of content production at a senior level. Ideally with a mix of production company and agency experience.
- Financially savvy and detail orientated.
- Process focussed and able to instigate improved ways of working.
- Unflappable, hardworking and “glass half-full”.
- A brilliant communicator across the board, who will be integral during the creative development process to bring the production to life – we aren’t a separate department that waits for the approved script to land in our laps.
- Experience of CG production is an advantage, as we develop a more rounded team to support key clients in this area of expertise.
