What you’ll be doing:

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Account Director to join our clients UK team. To be successful in this role, you’ll be passionate about loyalty and CRM and your role will understand who our customers are and how we can engage them. This Senior Account Director will be the lead point of contact for CRM clients in the UK, working closely with the Business Director to deliver for our client. It’s an exciting time to join an agency and team with ambitious ideas.

This team works with an integrated agency group within the UK on larger briefs. As well as this your role will include;

  • Helping our client to hit ambitious targets across programme metrics including active customers/opt-ins etc, fuel sales, shop sales and other initiatives.

  • Optimising and improving communications and business as usual on an ongoing basis.

  • Identifying new opportunities and proactively driving these forward through increased volume and scale of projects, while

    trying to open new revenue areas.

  • Improving the perception of Wunderman Thompson’s creative product with our client.

  • Champion the account to the wider client team and WT business.

  • You will be a trusted partner to the lead PayLo client – this means understanding what the pressures are, what they need to

    deliver and really listening and understanding how we can help do this. Becoming their go to person for all business challenges and questions.

Who you are:

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Account Director with extensive experience in CRM & loyalty, with the ambition to lead a major client.

  • You will have a passion for loyalty and CRM.
  • You’ll be curious about new trends in loyalty and CRM, promoting an environment where ideas flow and expertise are shared.
  • You’ll be on it when it comes to proposing new ideas and spotting opportunities on the account.
  • You’ll be keen to lead – energetic, roll your sleeves up and get involved!
  • You’ll be collaborative, working across experts in all our departments to get the very best outcome.
  • You’ll own it, empowering your teams to do the same and to take responsibility for the work you deliver.
  • You’ll be generous with your time, support your direct reports and the wider agency, and get involved in initiatives outside of the day-to-day.
  • You’ll get uncomfortable and take calculated risks, challenging the status quo.
