As a part of our team, you will:  

  • own end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles (mainly: tech & project management)  
  • cooperate directly with Hiring Managers and our Business Units to understand hiring needs and requirements, set priorities and ensure a robust candidate pipeline for open positions  
  • work in ATS (Greenhouse) and on internal documents to provide efficient recruitment administration and data-driven insights to share with internal stakeholders on a regular basis  
  • ensure proactive high-level sourcing using Linkedin Recruiter, networking, Boolean searches, and creative approaches to reach candidates  
  • maintain remarkable candidate experience by providing on-time communication, and building strong relationships  
  • support and actively contribute to employer branding initiatives and activities  
  • work in our office in Poznań or Katowice or remotely (but it’s important for us to have a chance to meet in person from time to time) 

Chance What you will bring:  

  • at least 2 years of proven, hands-on experience in recruitment (in-house or/and recruitment agency)  
  • a good understanding of the tech industry and IT labor market  
  • eagerness to develop your recruiting skills, learning and sharing knowledge within the area of modern sourcing tools and techniques 
  • excellent organizational skills and the ability to set priorities in a fast-changing environment  
  • strong interpersonal skills including building relationships and negotiations  
  • Polish and English proficiency (B2+ is a must)
