Who we are looking for: 

Wunderman Thompson is seeking a Content Producer with an innate talent for storytelling and the ability to promote content in a creative and compelling way. Our producers are there from start to finish, responsible for creating stories from the pre- and post-production process to in-house projects, to pitch work and more. The Content Producer will work across a broad range of outputs including social platforms, website content, podcasts, radio production, events and experiential among others.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage | Handle multiple projects simultaneously, staying extremely organized in delivering high-quality video content while thriving in high-pressure situations. Create concepts for new designs, provide cost estimates, and ensure all content meets client requirements and captures brand.
  • Synergize | Work effectively with all departments to manage flow of projects through the agency. Take briefs from clients and deliver updates on all campaigns. Coordinate with project directors to guarantee workflow, documentation, and design standards are all being upheld.
  • Produce | Partner with the creative team to develop animations using assets and produce animated infographics and data visualizations, as well as storyboards for motion graphics projects using 3D modeling and animation. Edit content based on scripts, storyboards, and timing estimates. Prepare accurate status reports and resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner.

  • Open and collaborative | Our team is close-knit and supportive, and we’re working with a lot of unknowns – you must be a champion of team environments that are comfortable and encouraging. Lends a listening ear to formulate solutions considering multiple viewpoints.

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a producer, preferably within a creative agency or consultancy
  • Strong working knowledge of computer software that is related to production; video editing, and graphic design such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or other post-production software
  • Proven experience working with multi-disciplinary teams across remote offices
  • High EQ and the ability to read what a team needs to help motivate
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
