Who we are looking for:
Wunderman Thompson is seeking for a Content Management Specialist to join our technology team. Reporting to the Technology Director, you will work with a multi-discipline team across a variety of national clients and projects.
What you’ll do:
- Create CMS Content | Manage an organization’s online CMS content, like texts, images, PDF files and videos.
- Team-up | Partner with developers, project managers and quality engineers to provide feedback and ideas about solutions that can facilitate or improve the processes.
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years of experience working on web development teams.
- 1+ years of experience working as a Content Management Specialist.
- Basic knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Basic Knowledge of HTML is required.
- Experience with Content Management Systems.
- Experience or Knowledge of Tools like JIRA and Confluence or similar.
- Review documentation and copy decks handed off from Copy Writer team.
- Implement content as outlined in the specifications.
- Coordinate and execute content related JIRA tasks.
- Provide guidance on how to optimize content creation.
- Communicate with the team task status.
- Detailed oriented person that knows how to troubleshoot and fix content issues.
- Assist to pertinent project meetings.
- Organize pending work based on priorities and release dates
- Gather metrics and give feedback to improve overall quality
- Strong communication skills to interact with Agile team members.
- Must have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Active person that likes to be a team player.
