What will you be doing?

We’re seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our Consumer Marketing team on the a major consumer technology client. You will work alongside another Account Manager and report into a Senior Account Manager.

In London, Wunderman Thompson support the execution of commercial, partner and consumer marketing campaigns as well as data & insights, creative and strategy for our client. Day to day, you will be;

  • Supporting B2C campaign execution
  • Develop knowledge of our clients products and services and help maintain consistent messaging across customer journeys
  • Understand business objectives to provide standard campaign measurement and reporting
  • Support localisation of Corp assets, becoming the content gatekeeper
  • Understand and use learnings from campaigns to help drive optimisation and community sharing
  • Work with multiple agencies to ensure deliverables fulfilled

As well as this you will be;

  • A quick learner, who will thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work across multiple projects at the same time
  • Attention to detail, organisation and proactivity 
  • Someone who is confident and enjoys collaboration and building relationships with a range of stakeholders (including senior)
  • An interest B2C marketing, ideally with past experience in delivering consumer and digital marketing campaigns
  • Get people excited about the work we do, and the opportunities ahead.  
  • A team player - we do everything we can to deliver the best experiences for our clients. That means developing deep and honest relationships with them, becoming trusted advisors, whilst inspiring and leading a client team of multi-disciplinary experts at times in multiple locations on projects to deliver on our commitments, and ensure everything we do exceeds expectations.  
  • A clear communicator - you will have a great communication style, as comfortable leading a workshop or pitching a proposal to senior leaders and mentoring internal members of the team in the basics of client services, everything you do will have clear outcomes, next steps and bring people on the journey with you.
