We're looking for an ambitious and amazing Content Production Lead (all genders) to join our creative team.

What you‘ll do:

  • As a senior creative within the Team Microsoft creative team, you will influence, shape, and orchestrate the creative practice together with your peers, reporting into the Creative Director for Microsoft
  • You will establish, develop, and grow a production focused sub-branch within the creative practice at Wunderman Thompson, dedicated for Microsoft work.
  • You oversee 3-4 art and/or motion creatives by providing guidance, counseling, and quality standards
  • You will work together with Client Relations and Project Management to smoothly integrate your teams’ capabilities into our daily end-to-end workflows
  • You are responsible for both quality and production efficiency of your team, keeping an eye on the creative excellence
  • You are accountable for utilization and qualitative KPIs
  • During times of tight deadlines, you jump aside your team and help meeting deadlines by assisting your team with project setup, ideation and conceptual input

What you‘ll need:

  • A degree in design and/or creative production, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in online projects or in a digital agency
  • You have experience in leading interdisciplinary teams, ideally across multiple locations and enable your directs to do best in what they do
  • You have the ability to guide your team in ideation and conceptual thinking, as well as to establish efficient production process (together with project managemers)
  • You have experience in delivering creative work for content marketing campaigns and social media at scale
  • You understand the market and customers for the B2B communication
  • Always have your finger on the pulse: you are interested in the latest digital trends and developments
  • Good presentation and communication skills, not afraid of complex and challenging client projects
