What will you be doing?
We’ve been working with our client since July 2021 and the account continues to grow with a lot of scope and opportunity for further development. As a team we work together to produce innovative, fame worthy work and need a dynamic Account Manager to help us work on the consumer side of the business.
You’re an Account Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ agency experience, who will play a major role in helping our client deliver on their vision to empower and enable every one to do more. If you have the ambition to help drive change and help build the new account then this is for you. You’ll be helping one of the biggest global companies to deliver on their big ambitions.
- You’ll be working alongside a team of Account Managers to support B2C marketing campaign execution for our major technology client.
- Work alongside Microsoft’s Consumer Marketing Team to help deliver successful campaigns and launches for Surface, M365 for Home, Windows 11 and more
- Understand and interpret the client brief, challenging the ask when necessary to ensure Wunderman Thompson are always delivering the best solution, pulling in other members of the Wunderman Thompson team as and when required
- Be comfortable presenting to clients, taking and challenging feedback when necessary
- Give your input into QBRs & wash-ups by project to ensure that best practice is baked into future campaigns
- Drive opportunities for innovation and work with stakeholders and agency strategy teams to optimise messaging/ comms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects is a must
- Circulate agendas before every meeting and contact report any follow ups

- Great attention to detail - Anything you send out (email, documents, copy, artwork) make sure it is right - no typos, no mistakes
- Always curious – never afraid to ask questions and proactively go and seek out information
