We are looking for a strategic planner with knowledge of market research, brand building, communication strategy, employer brand campaigning, content & social strategy and media on a conversational level on most of these but expert in one or two.

A digital native with a few years of agency experience, a CX-mindset and a passion for brands and creative work. But most of all the drive to bring out the best.

Your main focus will be a top e-commerce player with brand building and employer branding challenges, in addition to other international projects.


  • Be part of a strategy team working for international clients
  • Understand client questions, identify the question behind the questions
  • Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
  • Inspire clients and colleagues with the latest trends (cultural, technological, case studies, market evolutions, etc.)


  • Interpret market research while also hunting for additional (digital) data sources to generate relevant insights.
  • Perform and/or interpret depth-interviews and ethnographic research
  • Perform and/or interpret competitive research
  • Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
  • Keep an eye on cultural and social trends and tensions relevant to the business


  • Define the business challenge, the human challenge and jobs to be done
  • Come up with research-driven compelling human and cultural insights
  • Develop go-to-market, campaign, content and social strategies, including detailed research-driven messaging frameworks for different channels and markets
  • Present and discuss insights and strategies in meetings with clients
  • Prepare and co-facilitate workshops


  • Work closely with account management and creative teams to ensure the creative approach is on strategy
  • Be the guardian of the strategy during the implementation of new go-to-market, brand, communication or experience strategies
  • Ensure global campaigns are relevant to the local market


  • Comprehensive understanding of brand strategy, employer branding, brand campaigning, digital strategy, social media strategy.
  • Experienced in developing go-to-market, brand, experience and creative strategies using both traditional and new channels.
  • You possess strong analytical skills. You can understand and interpret the latest brand tracker as well as the most recent Google Analytics report. You have demonstrated experience in the use of measurement and tracking tools within all digital channels. You are able to incorporate these results into strategies, creative briefs and local cultural roadmaps
  • Strong client-facing skills, presentation skills.
  • The ability to present ideas clearly and concisely in writing.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to client requests on short notice.
  • Strong knowledge of primary and secondary research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Native or high proficiency in English, proficiency in Polish, German, French, Italian or Dutch is a plus
  • Living or willing to relocate to Belgium or the Netherlands

  • Between 3 to 7 years’ experience as Strategic Planner in an advertising or creative agency or on the strategic team of an advertiser
