Who we are looking for:

Wunderman Thompson is seeking a Program Manager who is responsible for developing and leading the campaign execution for Wunderman Thompson Health Clients.  The Program Manager will be dedicated to an account or group of accounts and will work closely with the Account leadership team to ensure that all campaign projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meeting the highest quality standards. The Program Manager is responsible for coordinating project status reviews, tracking timelines and budgets, ensuring that objectives are being met, and that issues are managed appropriately.  The Program Manager is accountable for reporting on, and monitoring adherence to, project management policies and procedures.  The Program Manager will directly manage the tasks of the Project Managers on the team.

What you’ll do: 

  • Team | Manage, inspire and motivate project teams for the delivery of exceptional work to our clients. Review team deliverables. Provide strategic oversight and ensure the work gets noticed, used and appreciated. Build and continually strengthen relations with peers, members of the project teams, clients and other stakeholders
  • Process | Drive profitability, identify and implement solutions to project challenges, and ensure delivery exceeds client expectations. Find innovative ways to build new best practices. Maintain a holistic and systemic understanding of the agency workflow in order to assess and acquire resources needed to meet or exceed project objectives. Enforce and train project team on agency processes. 
  • Client | Partner with Account Leadership to oversee the translation of our clients’ vision into a roadmap that will achieve client goals, while generating work that is creatively brilliant, measurable and has a cultural impact. You’ll be the point person for all day-to-day client communications regarding your projects.

What you’ll need: 

  • 5+ years of experience in an agency with a minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience.
  • Proven ability to negotiate Statements of Work and contracts – effectively forecasting and scoping work with teams in close collaboration with team leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience with successful project management.
  • Strong financial management skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Understanding of direct response channel and healthcare industry nice to have.
