What will you be doing:
We’re looking for experienced CRM Senior Account Manager/ Campaign Manager to own client and agency relationships to deliver email & push campaigns for a UK based client. You will be part of a busy agency team who are keen to champion the needs of the client and deliver on time and to budget
Working closely with the Senior Account Director, as well as a wider internal and external agency teams, you'll be owning and the end-to-end delivery of inspirational CRM campaigns which aim to retain customers to our client’s loyalty programme and drive behaviour change.
On a day to day, you will own & manage development of BAU and strategic CRM campaigns end to end, with support from a project manager and two account managers.. Responsibilities include:
•Working with key clients you will understand and interpret their brief, challenging the ask when necessary to ensure Wunderman Thompson are always delivering the best solution, pulling in other members of the Wunderman Thompson team as and when required.
•Writing and contributing to briefs, as well as interpreting information and developing insights to assist in the planning/creative process, you will be the lynchpin of the team and the consistent voice of the client.
•You’ll be presenting creative work to clients, taking and challenging feedback, when necessary, Also be working with the data team you will support data strategy development to ensure the optimum audience for CRM communications
•Working closely with the finance teams estimating/reconciling own projects and ensuring projects are delivered within budget, as well as supporting with end of month invoicing
•Partner with the Adobe campaign implementation team ensuring campaign strategies are technically feasible within the client’s CRM system
•Maintaining essential team administration, such as status reports, ensuring folders are organized up to date and saved centrally, completing washups, as well as chasing approvals from clients and managing client expectations on delivery dates.
Who are you:
We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Account/Campaign Manager, who will ideally come from an CRM background either client side or agency side. Going above and beyond is something that comes naturally to you and you’re happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in!
- Project Management & organization skills are essential for this position. You must be able to run projects from end-to-end autonomously.
- Confidence to own the creative briefing process from client brief through to presenting back our concept in a compelling, clear and concise way; you will be doing this to a client regularly.
- A great communicator someone who always considers their audience and how they will interpret what you are saying.
- Born ready - Whether it’s a meeting, a call or a de-brief, prepare in advance. Have a plan to contribute to.
- Relationship builder –People love working with you and you build quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
