What will you be doing:
We’re looking for an energetic CRM Account Manager/ Campaign Manager to manage client and agency relationships to deliver email & push campaigns for a UK based client. You will be part of a busy agency team who are keen to champion the needs of the client and deliver on time and to budget.
Working closely with the Senior Account/Campaign Manager and an Account/Campaign Executive, as well as a wider internal and external agency teams, you'll be owning and supporting the end-to-end delivery of inspirational CRM campaigns which aim to retain customers to our client’s loyalty programme and drive behaviour change.
On a day to day, you will manage development of BAU CRM campaigns end to end, with support from a project manager. Responsibilities include:
•Working with key clients you will understand and interpret their brief, challenging the ask when necessary to ensure Wunderman Thompson are always delivering the best solution, pulling in other members of the Wunderman Thompson team as and when required.
•Writing and contributing to briefs, as well as interpreting information and developing insights to assist in the planning/creative process, you will be the lynchpin of the team and the consistent voice of the client.
•You’ll be presenting creative work to clients, taking and challenging feedback, when necessary, Also be working with the data team you will support data strategy development to ensure the optimum audience for CRM communications
•Working closely with the finance teams estimating/reconciling own projects and ensuring projects are delivered within budget, as well as supporting with end of month invoicing
•Partner with the Adobe campaign implementation team ensuring campaign strategies are technically feasible within the client’s CRM system
•Maintaining essential team administration, such as status reports, ensuring folders are organized up to date and saved centrally, completing washups, as well as chasing approvals from clients and managing client expectations on delivery dates.
Who are you:
We’re looking for an energetic and can-do Account/ Campaign Manager, with experience in delivering campaigns end to end as well as managing relationships internally or externally, with a preference for CRM experience. Going above and beyond is something that comes naturally to you and you’re happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in!
- Project Management & organization skills are essential for this position.
- Ability to manage a campaign from end to end with a big focus on interpreting a brief and presenting CRM creative in a clear and concise way; you will be doing this to a client regularly.
- Always curious – never afraid to ask questions and proactively go and seek out information
- Born ready - Whether it’s a meeting, a call or a de-brief, prepare in advance.
