  • チーフ・クリエイティブ・オフィサーをサポートし、クリエイティブ・エクセレンスを目指すための会社のビジョンを設定して、クライアントや社内のプロジェクトチームとの協力関係を構築する。
  • 最善のクリエイティブ・ソリューションを実現するために、前提条件や考え方に対して異議や疑問を投げかける。
  • ブリーフや課題に対する独創的な代替案やアイデアの開発 。
  • クリエイティブの水準やプロセスの維持・向上による、質の高いクリエイティブアウトプットの担保。
  • 設計・開発の全段階を通じたチームの監督・支援と、納品までの指揮、指導、動機付け。
  • クリエイティブ戦略や提案のプレゼンテーション。クライアントを納得させ、感動させるなど、エージェンシーとクライアントの関係における主導的な役割。
  • ピッチや営業活動のサポート。
  • 常にクリエイティブのクレデンシャルを更新し、各種広告賞への応募を主導する。


  • マルチメディアエージェンシー、広告代理店、デザインスタジオでのクリエイティブプロフェッショナルとしての最低10年の経験と、確固たるクリエイティブ・ポートフォリオ。できればATLの経験。デジタルの経験は必須。
  • 協調性、革新性、先見性を持ち、クライアントとエージェンシーの双方が満足できるクリエイティブチームを率いた経験。
  • 概念的および戦略的なキャンペーンの実績。
  • クライアントにビジョンを提示する優れたコミュニケーション能力と、デザインチームのメンバーに戦略的に仕事を委任した実績。
  • クリエイティブチームを指揮するだけでなく、物理的に素晴らしい作品を生み出す能力。
  • クライアントサービス領域において、主導、説得、インスパイアする能力。主要なクライアントに対する成果やチームメンバーの管理に関する実績。
  • ウェブサイトの情報設計や情報トポロジーに対する深い理解。
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語および日常会話レベル以上の英語(読み書き必須)。


The Associate Creative Director articulates and champions the key values underpinning the strategic and creative execution of client accounts. He/She is the consummate professional, a strong communicator, and has a deep understanding of design trends, marketing principals, cultural issues, technologies and opportunities in online communication. This role reports to the Chief Creative Officer.

What you’ll do

  • In charge of creating creative ideas, campaigns and executions that question the status quo - big bold ideas is what we look for
  • Supports the Chief Creative Officer in setting the company vision for creative excellence and collaborative engagement with clients and internal project teams
  • Credibly challenge assumptions and thinking to ensure best possible creative solutions
  • Develop alternative and out of the box ideas to briefs/issues
  • Ensure quality creative output by maintaining and enhancing creative standards and processes
  • Oversee and support the team through all stages of design and development, lead, guide and motivate till end delivery
  • Plays a lead role in the agency's relationship with clients, including presentation of creative strategies and proposals, convince and inspire clients
  • Able to support pitches and sales efforts
  • Constantly updating creative credentials and lead award submission.

Who you are

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience as a creative professional in a multimedia agency, advertising agency, or design studio with a solid creative portfolio, preferably have done ATL, digital is a must.
  • Collaborative, innovative, and visionary and have experience leading creative teams to the promise land of client-and-agency bliss
  • Demonstrated conceptual and strategic campaign experience.
  • Strong communication skills in presenting a vision to clients and demonstrated experience strategically delegating work to design team members.
  • Ability to not only direct creative teams but physically generate amazing work.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, convince and inspire in a client-service environment; proven ability to achieve results with major clients and manage team members.
  • Strong understanding of information design and the topology of information for the web.
  • Business level proficiency of Japanese.
  • Conversational or higher level of English (Writing and reading is essential)
