  • アソシエイト・クリエイティブ・ディレクターやクリエイティブ・ディレクターと協力し、様々なコンセプトの効果を最大限に引き出す。


  • マルチメディアエージェンシー、広告代理店、またはデザインスタジオにおいて、プロフェッショナル・アート・ディレクター/デザイナーとして6年以上の経験があること。
  • レイアウト、タイポグラフィ、イラストレーションなど、キャンペーンのコンセプト立案と施策における優れた実績を示す強力なポートフォリオ。
  • Illustrator、Photoshopなどの様々なデザインソフトやプログラムに精通していること。
  • 優れた作品を生み出し、クリエイティブチームを指揮する能力。
  • 細部にまで目が行き届き、クリエイティブ・ソリューションを自信を持って明確に伝えることができる。
  • フロントエンド開発(CSS、HTML5など)を中心としたウェブ開発の技術的な可能性や限界を理解している。
  • ウェブサイトの情報設計や情報トポロジーに対する深い理解。
  • 独創的である、好奇心旺盛、積極的な性格であれば尚可。
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語および日常会話レベル以上の英語力(読み書き必須)。


We are looking for an Art Director who is a thinker, problem solver and conceptual juggernaut. They are collaborative and flexible as they juggle multiple projects with ease with solid experience leading teams in delivering creative excellence and owns creative deliverables on projects from brief to final build.

What you’ll do

  • Create and lead original communications concepts and ideas to meet clients’ strategic business intent and objectives
  • Collaborate with the wider creative team, driving art direction and design from start to end
  • Lead and set standards with multiple approaches in multivariate/optimization efforts and generates original visual directions across integrated channels
  • Work with Associate Creative Director(s) and Creative Director(s) to ensure maximum effectiveness of various concepts.

Who you’ll need

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience as professional Art Director/Designer in a multimedia agency, advertising agency, or design studio.
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence in campaign conceptualization and execution, showcasing mastery in layout, typography, illustration etc.
  • Highly skilled in various design software and programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop and the like
  • Proven ability to create amazing work and direct creative teams
  • Possess a keen eye for detail and is able to communicate creative solutions with confidence, ease and clarity
  • Understands the technical possibilities and limitations of Web development, with an emphasis on front-end development (CSS, HTML5, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of information design and the topology of information for the web
  • Creative, ever curious and an outgoing personality are a plus
  • Business level proficiency of Japanese
  • Conversational or higher level of English (Writing and reading is essential)
