Who we are looking for: 

Our client participates in a co–marketing programs with advertising partners and are eligible to receive reimbursement for marketing activities. The Global Compliance Program Manager will maintain expert knowledge on current program requirements.  Disseminate all changes and updates as well as fielding all questions related to partner marketing agreements throughout the Partner Marketing Program teams globally at both the client and internally. Create and deliver appropriate training globally to all internal and client stakeholders. Identify issues and create solutions in proving compliance of the partner agreements, formulating a proposed solution and presenting to the Global Compliance Director. Perform compliance reviews of select or high-risk marketing activities, fielding questions from the inside team and the client regarding compliance and providing timely feedback for edits and also support the Compliance Reporting lead when needed.

What you’ll do: 

  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for Client Partner Programs, maintaining a solid understanding of partner terms & conditions.
  • Provide continual training to the internal compliance team as well as internal and client partners/stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the Client.
  • Create and update reference documents for global alignment of processes.
  • Train all regions and when necessary, the client, on correct processes for compliance programs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and engage the appropriate stakeholders for their input and support on proposed changes.
  • Identify compliance challenges and risks and escalate to the Global Compliance Director immediately.
  • Resolve gaps in partner marketing agreement documentation with the client and the client’s partner.
  • Review marketing activities in workflow software providing complete, accurate, and timely feedback.

Who you are: 

  • Build Relationships | Ability to maintain and foster healthy professional relationships with clients and agency partners.
  • Evaluate | Ability to strategize with a high EQ, make recommendations on process evolutions and delivery for a fast paced, high-volume client.
  • Stay Educated | Strong knowledge of advertising industry news and changes.
  • Collaborate | You foster cohesion with cross-agency partners and clients. Encourage communications that nurture a team atmosphere, identify efficiencies, and refine operations. Promote internal team communication and enhanced relationships.

What you’ll need: 

  • 4+years of Program Management experience in a creative agency environment or similar experience in a related field.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role.
  • Adept at managing and manipulating large streams of data & analytics.
  • Proficient software knowledge including Smartsheet, MS Office and Adobe CS.
  • Strong communication, compliance, and documentation skills.
  • A positive attitude, and respect for others.
