Role & Responsibilities

Partner closely with the creative, production & post production teams to ensure the successful development & delivery of our campaigns with the highest quality standards.

Responsible and accountable for assigned projects management and highest quality of deliverables. Set priorities, actively communicate status among project team, oversee the production workflow and ensure all campaigns follow the internal production process/approval.

Initiate and coordinate clear day to day production related communication to consistently ensure full cross-department alignment on deliverables and deadlines. Ensure all issues/risks are properly considered, escalated, and resolved.

Bring all our talent together and ensure great work is done. Create a community with our production partners in all areas to build a positive and collaborative work environment (building bridges).

Ability to execute and coordinate budgeting for campaigns in collaboration with various departments, build overall campaign timelines & support our teams with production project planning tasks.

Manage third-party vendors, including freelancer, consultants and contractors as necessary in the delivery of projects, including gathering estimates, negotiating rates, and working with the finance team to ensure prompt settlement of invoices.

Help unify ways of working to help the organization build a solid bridge across departments. Suggest continuous improvements to drive efficiencies and highest quality standards.

Travel when needed to our offices or other offices for internal & client meetings.



Strong team player who understands how to work effectively in a fast paced, evolving/transforming organization.

Excellent communication skills, sociable, positive and collaborative. Able to analyze and distill complex information to other team members.

Passionate about production craft and excellence. Robust end-to-end knowledge of the production process across the multiple disciplines: photography, audiovisual, digital, prototyping etc. Experienced managing/collaborating with internal/external stakeholders across creative, production & postproduction.

Curious, dare to go beyond the usual suspects and find “hidden gems production partner” beyond our boundaries (think Eastern Europe, LATAM, Asia, SA). This also include find creative ways to make the most out of our budget.

Proven track record of managing usage rights, production fact sheets and other legal-bounding documentations. Work closely with other internal departments to ensure all projects are accurately reviewed and approved.

Hands-on experience producing high end quality work. Continuously seeking continuous improvement or production operations and suggest better ways of working.

Fluent command of Dutch and English language is a MUST
