Detailed Requirements

 

Core :

  • In-depth architectural knowledge
  • Experience with large scale and complex websites using Drupal, including custom module development, key contributed modules and the core API, CCK, Views and Panels
  • Experience on developing which also includes web services like REST, RESTFUL API'S etc
  • Proficient in the maintenance and administration of Drupal modules and sites
  • Application Integration and Middleware (SOA, ESB, Web Services, Apache Sling, WCF)
  • 5+ years Expertise in Drupal 7, 8, 9
  • 5+ years Expertise in PHP
  • 5+ years Expertise in SQL, relational databases and MySQL/MariaDB
  • 5+ years Expertise in MVC framework like React JS, Angular JS, etc
  • Proficient in table-less CSS
  • Experience integrating open source and third-party applications into existing systems
  • Experience with GIT, TFS, or general version control concepts, including branching and tagging
  • Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications – provided examples of previous work required
  • Worked with front-end build environment of React JS and NodeJS framework.

 

Advantageous:

  • Knowledge of the Drupal theme layer and preprocess functions
  • Ability to configure Drupal and create custom Drupal modules using the core API
  • Ability to use common Drupal modules, including CTools, Views, and Panels extending them through code
  • Web Analytics (e.g. Omniture, Google Analytics, IBM Coremetrics)
  • Ability to thoroughly unit test all work and deliver an error-free technology component to the team

  • Competence to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Open-minded team player, willing to accept feedback and offer suggestions
  • Good time management, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to write crisp and clear code based on guidelines and best practices
  • Willingness to learn modern-day tools and processes
  • Good problem-solving, troubleshooting skills
  • Creativity and accountability

 

Non-Technical:

  • Constant interaction with other developer teams and design team to discuss UI ideas
  • A thorough review of applications needs and interfacing elements
  • Follow proper documentation for changes in application and further updates
