We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Accounting, to join our Global HQ Finance team. The Senior Financial Analyst will work on the various monthly reporting functions focusing on reviewing the general ledger and leading the month-end close process. The position requires close partnering with cross functional teams and will be reporting into the Director of Corporate Accounting.

What you’ll do

  • Monthly Financial Reporting
    • Review P&L and balance sheet account transactions leading to the month end close
    • Work with Intercompany team in resolving reporting mismatches
    • Work on monthly financial reporting, including departmental & variance analysis vs forecast
    • Preparing a reconciliation of GL to financial consolidation system as required under ICFR controls (SOX)
  • Assisting with annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting
  • Collaborate with global teams to address queries and provide information on actuals or forecasts as necessary
  • Creating & reviewing monthly journal entries
  • Provide cover for various Global HQ Finance monthly functions when team members are OOO
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis for the senior management team

What you’ll have

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced working knowledge of Excel, including modeling and advanced functions
  • Experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Experience with BFC or similar financial consolidation reporting system
  • Experience with ICFR controls (SOX) a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
  • Strong work ethic, pro-active, team player, deliverable focused and detail-oriented
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
