In der Rolle des Marketing Automation Specialist (all genders) bist Du für folgende Themenschwerpunkte verantwortlich:

  • Abstimmung mit Kunden und Agenturpartnern
  • Entwicklung und Automatisierung von Omnichannel Marketing Kampagnen entlang der Customer Journey
  • Abstimmung von Triggerpunkten
  • Segmentierung und Ausspielung von Zielgruppen
  • Kontinuierliche Analyse und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Automatisierung von Routineaufgaben
  • Dokumentation

Wir wünschen uns von Dir:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Hochschulstudium
  • Hands-On Marketing Automation Expertise
    (z.B. mit der Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Selligent, Braze oder Emarsys)
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Daten
  • Erfahrung in einem gängigen CRM-Tool wünschenswert
    (z.B. mit MS Dynamics oder der Salesforce Sales Cloud)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanken
  • Gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Kampagnen- und Prozessverständnis
