Who we are looking for:

Wunderman Thompson is looking for an experienced Strategist to join our Strategy team and work collaboratively with a dedicated team doing impactful and award-winning work for a global consumer healthcare client. Working in direct partnership with a variety of U.S. and Canadian client brand managers and alongside other strategists, creative + design and media experts and account management, you will help build brands and activate a variety of mostly digital consumer marketing campaigns to reach and connect with both Canadian and U.S. consumers.   

What you’ll do: 

  • Lead | Own the development of multiple digital campaign strategies for a host of consumer health (over-the-counter) brands throughout the year. Develop and deliver effective briefs. Prepare and deliver presentations internally and to range of clients. Develop consumer journeys and identify consumer touchpoints & rationalize their role within a go-to-market plan against client business and brand objectives. Continually and efficiently monitor relevant consumer, cultural and category trends. Evaluate and provide points of view on latest social and content platforms for client consideration.
  • Team | Collaborate harmoniously alongside other team members as well as media planners, technologists through creative development and execution.
  • Shape | Absorb and synthesize research and other information into compelling brand and human insights.
  • Client | Build trust and respect with intermediate and senior clients and interpret their business needs. Advise and guide clients toward fresh and innovative ideas.

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience working in an agency/marketing environment in an integrated strategy role.
  • Demonstrated integrated strategy experience across both traditional brand planning and digital [search (SEM), website, social, content, app].
  • Proficient in using PowerPoint or Keynote to write compelling internal briefs and client facing strategy documents.
