What you'll do:

  • Process | Capture and understand market insights and brands problems and opportunities 
  • Work | Be an advocate for the implementation of the overall brand strategy, ensuring its contemplation end to end. Be resourceful on the solving of issues, complementing inputs and connecting projects to optimize delivery
  • Identify and propose | optimal comms ecosystems to elevate each project’s delivery
  • Analyze and incorporate | learnings from market & consumer trends and competitors’ activity. 
  • Trends | Develop brand experiences and creative strategies that are “people centered” and that can provide clarity and direction on each project
  • Develop | inspirational internal briefs and deliver engaging and clear client presentations
  • Design and improve | strategic customer experiences
  • Design collaborative | working sessions that can deliver innovative thinking
  • Understand results | capture learnings and propose improvements 
  • Attend and contribute | to client and internal team meetings

What you’ll need: 

  • Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology or Philosophy graduate. 
  • 3+ years Brand Strategy or Comms Planning experience. Understanding and management of design thinking, agile development and lean start up techniques and tools 
  • Mastering analytical thinking skills and having a good capacity of empathy 
  • Understanding of marketing tools and user research methodology
  • Ability to conceptualize and to write with an engaging storytelling
  • Excellent English oral and writing skills (must)
