What you’ll do

  • Responsible for formulating beauty or sport e-commerce user experience strategies for brand customers, working closely with e-commerce and design teams to improve brand online awareness, develop brand online store upgrades, and design cross-channel user experience and processes, including but not limited to official websites, T-malls and WeChat Mini Programs.

  • Deeply understand the whole process of user experience design, provide detailed design, process and interaction methods for brand customer related projects, and complete high-quality work on schedule.

  • Communicate with various business departments, optimize the contact points between brands and users, monitor the collection of online store evaluation systems and indicators, and continuously optimize and improve the online sales experience of brand customers. 

Who you are

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in e-commerce, design and other related majors
  • More than 5 to 8 years of user experience and interaction design and management work experience, familiar with the indicators of Tmall, JD.com and other e-commerce platforms; relevant experience in beauty or sport industry is preferred.

  • Have a deep understanding and practical experience of user experience research methods, tools and technologies.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and team management experience. 

  • Fluent in English to collaborate with local and regional teams
