About Software Products Team: 

We’ve built an innovative product to help digital agencies collaborate better with their customers. Leveraging our partnerships with technology leaders - Microsoft and Google – and our positioning in WPP – world's largest marketing network, we’re aiming to revolutionize the process of content production. We’re experimenting with modern technologies - Cloud and AI are not buzzwords here! Joining us, you will work with a small, stable and ring-fenced team that values autonomy and understands the role of alignment. You will also have a chance to directly impact the product shape and contribute to wider organizational transformation. 

What you'll get to do: 

  • Collaborate with the product team (software engineers and AI engineers) on building an AI product WPP Open Brand Guardian 
  • Be responsible for the outcomes and value created by the team 
  • Strive to understand the requirements, translate them into business value and present accordingly 
  • Collaborate with the Tech Lead on non-functional requirements 
  • Provide iteration planning on a goal level 
  • Manage data sets provided by agencies and set tailored strategies for their acquisition 
  • Specify the requirements and manage product backlog 
  • Collaborate with the Lead Product Manager on daily basis to grow the product and portfolio 
  • Maintain efficient communication between the team and stakeholders 
  • Collaborate with other product teams and actively explore the dependencies among them 
  • Analyze and collect customer requirements in terms of solvability with the product 
  • Decide on a level of investment to satisfy the customer’s expectations for the solution accuracy 

What we would like you to bring: 

  • Good knowledge of agile methodologies (eg. Scrum) 
  • Proven experience in product management
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, challenge them and (if necessary) defend them 
  • Ability to build strong relationships in a team 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate AI mechanisms in an accessible way 
  • Curiosity and openness to user’s feedback, available data and competition 
  • Ability to work with requirements 
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to generate solutions 
  • Ability to ask the right questions and run high standard interviews with users 
  • Ability to conduct effective meetings 
  • Easy communication in written and spoken English 

Nice to have: 

  • Knowledge of the environment of advertising agencies and the challenges with the production of marketing materials 
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning (confirmed by experience) 
  • Knowledge of tools: JIRA, Miro, Confluence, Azure, Google Cloud Platform

  • Salary depending on presented skills: 12 000 - 18 000 PLN gross (Contract of Employment) or 13 000 - 19 000 PLN (B2B). Choose the employment type that works best for you
