We are looking for a CX and Experience Strategy Lead who will anticipate customer needs and consumer trends in the marketplace. This will be made possible by a deep understanding of, and a passion for, the unique balance of art and science and how they will enable us to uncover powerful insights that lead to unique, novel and magical consumer experiences.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, guide and coordinate CX projects for clients and/or under the consultancy structure
  • Manage the necessary team to deliver optimal results, identifying profiles and coordinating resources
  • Design and improve strategic customer experiences
  • Capture and understand market insights and brands problems and opportunities, incorporating learnings and trends when needed 
  • Be an advocate for the implementation of the overall brand strategy, ensuring its contemplation end to end
  • Be resourceful on the solving of issues, complementing inputs and connecting projects to optimize delivery
  • Design collaborative working sessions that can deliver innovative thinking
  • Identify and propose optimal solutions to elevate each project’s delivery
  • Develop brand experiences and creative strategies that are “people centric” and that can provide clarity and direction on each project
  • Develop inspirational internal briefs if needed
  • Constantly bring the consumer perspective into the internal processes
  • Develop and deliver engaging and clear client presentations
  • Understand results, capture learnings and propose improvements 
  • Train and coach junior strategists
  • Attend and contribute to client and internal team meetings

  • Mastering experience analysis skills and design thinking capabilities
  • Understanding and management of experience design, UX/UI, agile development and lean start up techniques and tools
  • Understanding of marketing tools and user & experience research methodology
  • Ability to conceptualize and to write with an engaging storytelling

What you’ll need:

  • Advertising, Design, Marketing, Journalism, Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology or Philosophy graduate.
  • 3+ years CX, Experience and/or Brand Strategy work experience.
  • Excellent English oral and writing skills
