What we're looking for:

We are looking for a Senior Digital Consultant to lead our Digital Strategy assignments, concentrate on our CMS and omni channel content initiatives and help our clients understand how to deliver value from their digital experience management platforms to help them re-shape their internal business operations and deliver on their digital ambitions.

You will help our clients establish sustainable digital capabilities and bring together required skillsets and ways of working with technology and data to deliver their desired customer experiences or outcomes.

So you will be an integral part of ensuring the success of our clients as well as pride yourself in keeping the customer at the centre of everything you do. The leadership, decisions and actions you take together with the strategic approach you implement will have a real impact across your team and stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support our existing and future Clients with consultancy services – concentrating (albeit not exclusively) on Customer Experience and Content Management (from all channels and data touch points)
  • Strategically lead the development of our consultancy team proposition around the two key areas of Customer Experience and Omni Channel Content Management.
  • Help grow your client’s business by helping them develop their customer proposition
  • Manage and deliver consulting and business enablement projects and work streams in larger multi-discipline digital delivery projects across omnichannel content management.
  • Work at a strategic level with client management and senior stakeholders to help clients optimise value and manage the change associated with omnichannel Content Management solutions.
  • Recommend solutions to improve the integration of digital solutions, business capability and business value to achieve client goals and objectives across tech and Content Management
  • Work extensively with engineering, delivery and marketing/agency teams to deliver business capability requirements that ensure digital and content products remain aligned to technology roadmaps
  • Identify and shape responses to new business opportunities when engaged on existing client project delivery
  • Provide thought-leadership in by understanding the evolving digital experience management landscape and having a point of view on our client’s investment strategies
  • Add expertise and value to new business client pitches and use delivery expertise to ensure that work definition and statements of work are defined effectively to meet client context and challenges
  • Stay abreast of developments and thinking in the wider platform strategy, engagement and adoption of technology, and use this information to develop Wunderman Thompson’s Digital Strategy business position

What you'll need:

  • In depth experience of Client-side content strategies and content management operations and the tech to make it work
  • Proven experience in designing and engineering technology solutions in Commerce, marketing, mobile, social, CRM, CMS, or social networking
  • Experience with designing, developing and integrating digital solutions
  • Prior experience with Omnichannel Content management initiatives
  • Experience with CMS systems such as AEM/Sitecore
  • Experience with designing, developing and integrating digital solutions
  • Consulting, business transformation or client advisory experience (agency experience is always ideal)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Great presentation skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, manage multiple and changing priorities
  • Strong stakeholder awareness and management skills
  • Solution-oriented both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
