Who are we looking for:

Wunderman Thompson Health is seeking a Digital Product expert who understand business goals, strategy, platforms, emerging technology, marketing technology platforms, data; how they all work together and how they are made, integrated. The ideal candidate works closely with client, client teams, agency strategy, data, creative and new business, to support a variety of client needs, integrations and business transformation work streams. Identifies opportunities for needs and improvement opportunities for client, either in direct consult, or by supporting agency teams.  The ideal candidate would be able to come into the DC office as needed.

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Client: consult on technology solutions and integrations to meet client business needs and grow business
  • Client: consult on digital transformation, digital best practices, and modernizing workflows and operations
  • Agency: (including new biz) weave technology into all disciplines, leadership on digital transformation; educate and evangelize the power of digital in marketing
  • Team: Develop and maintain strong relationships with project team members and external stakeholders.
  • Process:  Identify and document process improvement opportunities and translate them into requirements to support business needs and participate and lead in process improvement

Your responsibilities: 

  • Provide digital strategy and thought leadership to clients, agency and project teams
  • Provide health-concentrated customer and user experience design, with consideration of all customer touch points
  • Consult on client business and organizational digital transformation
  • Identify emerging technology opportunities and recommendations
  • Provide expertise and consultation on client enterprise MarTech platforms (Veeva, SalesForce, Adobe, etc)
  • Operational recommendations for ongoing evolution and streamlining of digital tools for Creative team
  • Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across disciplines
  • Synthesize SME input to define requirements on project-level tactics
  • In collaboration with Project Management, prioritize and organize project milestones and product releases
  • Define, build and execute pipeline of opportunities to support client goals

Deliverables (including but not limited to):

  • Best practices documentation
  • Work stream and operational documentation
  • Digital customer experience documentation with recommendations to address pain points and opportunities (in collaboration with CX/UX/Strategy)
  • High level systems integration documentation
  • Digital product specifications
  • Roadmaps to organization OPS transformation
  • Recommendations documentation specific to client asks

 

You’ll need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant Product Ownership, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst experience.  Agile is a plus
  • Deep understanding of MarTech systems that provide personalization and omnichannel marketing.  Experience with Veeva a plus
  • Strong technical writing skills with the ability to quickly understand and analyze business processes and flows and present that information back to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude and motivation to learn new skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of, and experience in, product development lifecycle; how systems and data influence one another, and the critical basics to full stack development
  • Prioritization skills; able to manage tasks on behalf of the project team, while balancing business and strategy priorities
  • Leadership and mentoring skills; able to provide guidance to others and step in to lead processes where needed.  
  • Strong presentation skills.
