Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a UX Writer at Wunderman Thompson Argentina who is a strategic and creative thinker, as well as innovator.

In addition to working independently, you’re someone who is able to collaborate with partners too. You have to be an organized, a person who pays attention to details, proactive, with great communication skills and be great at teamwork.

What you’ll do: 

  • Generate content according to the Brand: mailings, banners campaing and social media. 
  • Work with the investigation and design team to determine the best way to produce content to satisfy the user’s needs, and accomplish the comercial goals at the same time. 
  • Create content for wireframes, user stories, and user journeys. Do competitive analysis with other sites that work in the same space.
  • Colaborate in the client’s analysis about the settled goals for demography and initial transactions. 
  • Work with analysts and designers to identify opportunities to make the usability better. 
  • Work with clients to comprehend their requirements and design complete costumers experiences that satisfies their needs. 
  • Adopt a designing approach that is focused in the costumer, and can be quickly iterated and tested. 

Who you are:

What you’ll need: 

  • 3+ years of experience in a creative agency or similars.
  • Have experience in costumer experience writing.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge in latets technologies at UX writing.
  • At least intermediate level of English, speaking and writing.
