Wunderman Thompson is seeking Social Media Project Manager to coordinate global and North America social activities across multiple handles. What You’ll Do

  • Work | Deliver projects that are on time, on budget and goes beyond the brief. You will implement plans and processes that guide projects forward and ensure successful delivery with high client satisfaction. Partner with account management, creative, strategy plus senior team members to develop and execute creative strategy within social.
  • Understand | Immerse yourself in complex topics to help team members with decision-making; listening, recapping, setting action items and cohesively guiding the account.
  • People | Partners with agency teams to ensure that information flows in an organized fashion and that the necessary workstreams are connected and integrated seamlessly.
  • Process | Maintain project plans from conception to implementation, including managing the project lifecycle; open, revise, and close jobs. Create and communicate status reports, meeting recaps and next steps.
  • Financials | Design and report project level budgets. Monitor line of business financial health and status including holistic project governance and audits.

  • Relationship Builder | Ability to maintain and foster healthy professional relationships with clients and agency partners. Partners with key disciplines to post top-notch and engaging content.
  • Evaluate | Ability to strategize with a high EQ, make recommendations on process evolutions and delivery for a fast paced, high-volume client.
  • Stay Educated | Strong knowledge of advertising industry news, social platforms, and cultural trends.
  • Collaborate | You foster cohesion with cross-agency partners and clients. Encourage communications that nurture a team atmosphere, identify efficiencies, and refine operations. Promote internal team communication and enhanced relationships.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • 5 years Project Management experience in a creative agency environment or similar experience in a related field.
  • A solutions oriented approach, creates mitigation plans for potential road blocks.
  • Experience managing social campaigns on Sprinklr or through other content management systems.
  • Proficient software knowledge including MS Office and Adobe CS.
  • Proven success managing multiple work streams, including managing all phases of integrated campaigns, direct response channels and technical website builds. Must have experience working with Community Managers and Producers to create content.
  • Problem-solving skills relative to building Client/Agency workflow solutions.
  • Dissever and manage the needs of several team members, on multiple deliverables.
  • Strong communication, planning, financial management and documentation skills.
