What the role is

As part of the Client Engagement team, your responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage engagements with leading UK and International brands, with accountability for all services into the client
  • Act as the main point of contact, building and fostering strong relationships at all levels in the client organisation
  • Build and deliver strategic account plans to drive advocacy, promote retention and deliver account growth
  • Work with Project Managers and Services Leads to deliver end-to-end capabilities for our clients that create immediate value
  • Advocate for the client internally; collaborating with stakeholders, team members and cross-functional teams to deliver the best outcomes possible for the client
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasting, account reviews and general sales data as required

Previous Client Services Account Director or Senior/ Customer Success Manager role within IT, SaaS or Digital Trading company.

Talented, enthusiastic, focused, eye for detail, professional. Keen to learn and to establish smarter ways of doing things; a team player proud of their work who wants to share it. You like working in a fast-paced environment and are ready to inspire outstanding online commerce experiences for consumers and brands, no matter what product, service, sector, device, or channel!

 

The bit…we need you to be great at!

  • Deep understanding of and experience in delivering Commerce/ multi-channel customer solutions, ideally within retail or consumer services
  • A customer-first mindset, with the maturity to hold yourself and others to account to keep our clients happy
  • Strong stakeholder and organisational skills, entrepreneurial attitude, proactive business style
  • Up to date with market trends and able to advise clients on appropriate strategies

 

If you know some of this even better!

  • Problem solving with a creative approach to proactive identification and resolution of issues
  • Good commercial knowledge, quantitative and analytical skills
  • Experience of working in a ‘start-up-like’ environment (or developing processes from scratch to scale the business) with a high level of hands-on involvement

  • Experience of leading teams and excellent risk management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills​
  • Clear, concise, and persuasive negotiating skills
