Who we are looking for:
PMs at Swift are the lead on all encompassing project elements and phases from project inception to completion. As a PM, you think two steps ahead, know every detail of any given project you manage, and keep calm under pressure. You’re a creative problem solver, who strives to find solutions, all while managing the internal team, with the ultimate goal to achieve creative excellence. You’re humble, empathetic, and focus on delivering exceptional work the team is proud of, on time and within budget.
What you’ll do:
Work | Deliver work that is excellent, on time, on budget, answers the brief and goes beyond the brief when the opportunity is right. Oversee the development and tracking of multi-disciplinary project plans and project deliverables.
People | Build and structure project teams to ensure the best results. Motivate, direct and challenge teams to produce great work.
Client | Comfortable communicating with clients specifically as it relates to deliverables status, asset request, project prioritization and overall account health.
Process | Establish and maintain processes to manage scope throughout the project lifecycle. Establish and maintain all project communications.
Financials | Create project estimations, resourcing, and budget reports, own forecast trackers for all deliverables.

What you need:
3+ years experience working on interactive or digital projects, either client or agency side
Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a cross-functional team
Adept at managing risks and setting clear expectations
Flexible, adaptable with an understanding of the importance of communication, collaboration, and managing different personalities
Comfortable leading projects with clients and a love for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills
Up-to-date on current trends and effective social media techniques
Experience managing direct reports is a plus
Experience with project software such as Basecamp and Workday a plus
We are currently open to candidates that are looking to work remotely in the United States or flexibly near our office in Portland, Oregon
