You’re passionate about design, a maker at heart, and thrive on bringing ideas to fruition from concept to execution. As Designer, you create and produce integrated and interactive campaigns that adhere to the high quality standards of Swift and work alongside the creative department to bring big ideas to life. You’re a maker, a typographer, and visual perfectionist, driven to take an idea to the next level with your seasoned design skills. Your talent goes without saying, but you bring it to bear in a manner that is uniquely Swift: low on ego, big on laughs, collaborative, candid, and respectful.
What you’ll do:
Craft | Create design extensions for creative campaigns, including social, digital and print executions. Working closely with other members of the team, the Designer will roll up their sleeves and execute design plans.
Collaborate | Work closely with a team to support and fuel ideas. Work with the creative team to execute a visual concept through final production.
Support | Create presentation materials for new business pitches and all existing client work. Create detailed photo realistic comps to express creative ideas.

What you’ll need:
2-5 years experience in Graphic Design, ideally in a digital agency environment.
Passionate about all things design and can contribute design inspiration with the team and agency as a whole.
Portfolio demonstrating integrated campaigns that include digital / social / emerging media
Portfolio showcasing innovative digital concepts and creative design solutions
In-depth knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign that results in beautifully crafted outputs (After Effects a plus). Proficient in Google Suite (Google slides presentation design)
Ability to handle a high-volume environment with rapid turnaround times and manage multiple tasks and project details
Familiarity with and/or personal use of popular social platforms
