What you'll get to do:

  • Support local office for any IT-related matters, focusing on end user support, end user device set up, network and infrastructure troubleshooting and configuration
  • Use best practices base to gather requirements and address business needs in the field of service management
  • Deliver services within SLAs and report local KPIs to IT management
  • Understand and manage the local IT landscape i.e. key applications, assets, infrastructure, and services – identify challenges and work with the IT streams to implement changes when necessary
  • Serve as a local escalation point for prioritization and quality issues
  • Provide local input into global business initiatives
  • Manage vendors delivering services to Wunderman Thompson Technology to support IT services delivery
  • Assure continuous improvements in our department and recommend new solutions in this area
  • Drive local delivery of local operations and IT transformation projects (End User Services, Network, Infrastructure)
  • Navigate resources and manage assets and budget items to respond to client contracts / audit requirements
  • Drive and manage demand and local delivery of IT services
  • Develop your configuration management and process automation skills

 

What you should have:

  • Strong customer facing skills, in the ability to gain respect and confidence of senior stakeholders within the Company
  • Strong technical background
  • Network and infrastructure skills sufficient for troubleshooting and network configuration with help of remote network team
  • Experience in working as a part of the team
  • Leadership skills
  • Analytical skills to find, escalate and mitigate potential risks
  • Excellent English skills (min. C1)

 

Bonus points if you have:

  • Working experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Office365
  • Experience with Cisco stack, Dell switches or FortiGate
  • Previous experience with vendor and budget management
  • Previous experience with ITIL framework (ITIL certificate would be an asset)

  • Salary depending on presented skills: 9000-12000 PLN gross (Contract of Employment) or 10000-13000 (B2B). Choose the employment type that works best for you
