What you'll get to do: 

  • Process purchase invoices (posting, processing, and monitoring invoices) 
  • Process travel and expense reports 
  • Archive documents 
  • Support month-end closing process 
  • Proceed financial reporting under precisely communicated deadlines 
  • Contribute to process standardization and improvements 
  • Collaborate with periodic team meetings 
  • Contribute to implementation of the new systems 

What you should have:  

  • Student status (preferably Finance, Accounting or related) 
  • Fluency in English (at least B2) 
  • Good skills in MS Office (especially MS Excel) 
  • Analytical mindset 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships 
  • 20 hour weekly availability

  • Salary depending on presented skills: 24 - 28 PLN gross per hour (Contract of Mandate)
