Consumer Marketing Coordinator Job Description

The Consumer Marketing Coordinator (MC) is a MarCom role within the team of one of our largest Accounts in the IT industry. They are the marketers’ primary point of contact and are responsible for supporting the client on end-to-end campaign planning, management and execution, in addition to asset localization and service coordination/delivery. They will also coordinate services with other local agencies and teams, such as social, media and creative.

 

The Consumer MC must deliver across the following six competency areas:

  1. Enable Integrated Marketing execution from HQ to subsidiaries
  2. Provide Project Management and extensible service coverage
  3. Support a cross-engine approach
  4. Work on partner enablement and cross Partner activities
  5. Drive efficient localization
  6. Provide knowledge of Marketing tools and services
  7. Be a consultant and trusted advisor
  8. Brand guidelines gatekeeper

 

Day to Day Responsibilities Include:

  • Localization of Corp assets including review, validation, and modifications
  • All marketing activities across all consumer product categories in your market
  • Project, campaign and budget management, including creating the marketing plan for campaign execution with required services, schedule, etc. and translating campaign objectives into requests
  • Agency engagement & thru-retail partner alignment
  • Manage digital campaigns and delivery
  • Develop subject matter expertise across campaign execution
  • Ensure activities are measured and optimized for performance and advise stakeholders on overall execution processes SLAs, KPIs and tools
  • Provide holistic project management and coordination for all campaign service delivery

 

Required Competencies/Skills:

  • Proven skills in written and verbal communications
  • Fluent in Arabic, English. French is a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced project management strategies and tools
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing communications vehicles, tools and execution, both online and offline
  • Ability to articulate and evangelize services with stakeholders
  • Relationship management, collaboration and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft brand and products

 

Required Experience:

  • University degree preferably in Marketing
  • 3-5 years of solid digital marketing communications
