Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to work alongside the People team and be responsible for attracting talent across Benelux.

Your responsibilities

  • responsible for talent attraction and acquisition
  • handle end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles (client services, strategy, creative, operations, finance, management )
  • partner with Hiring Managers and Business Units to discuss current and future recruitment needs, set priorities and report on recruitment status
  • design and implement efficient Talent Acquisition strategies and approaches to hire the best fit for the team
  • supply proactive high-level sourcing using Linkedin Recruiter, networking, Boolean searches and creative approaches to reach candidates
  • maintain an exceptional candidate experience by providing a quick recruitment process, quality communication and delivering efficient feedback
  • monitor labor market and industry trends and implement best practice to ensure we have a modern, efficient recruitment process
  • implement an employer branding strategy to recruitment.

Our requirements

  • over 4 years of hands-on experience with hiring in a recruitment agency or company
  • genuine interest in the world of advertising and tech
  • willingness to undertake various tasks – from data analysis and designing processes to delivering creative presentation and building trust-based relationships with candidates
  • flexible thinking and eagerness to work in an ever-changing environment
  • independence in terms of work organisation, setting priorities and implementing improvements
  • sense of responsibility
  • a positive approach (solution focused and happy to reconsider the status quo)
  • fluent communication in Dutch and English
