当社では様々なクライアントを担当する営業担当を複数名募集しています。このポジションは、クライアントとの強固な関係を構築、維持し、世界に通用する仕事によりアカウントの成長に貢献します。また、部門を超えてプロジェクトリーダーとして活躍することが期待されています。

なお、担当するクライアントやポジションはご経験等踏まえ、決定させていただきます（ポジションはSenior Account ExecutiveからAccount Managerを想定）。

業務内容

  • シニアアカウントエグゼクティブ～アカウントマネージャー相当業務
  • 担当ブランドのプロジェクトの管理、プロジェクトチームのリード
  • 制作物の品質管理
  • アカウントのクライアント・コンタクトとエージェンシーの関係構築・維持
  • 広告/コミュニケーションの開発およびその予算管理
  • 新規ビジネスの拡大のために自主提案、ピッチ等への参加

 

応募資格

  • 3年以上の広告代理店でのアカウントマネジメント経験
  • 国内クライアント、外資系クライアントの担当経験
  • FMCG他、複数の業種のクライアント担当の経験歓迎
  • テレビ、プリント、デジタル、プロモーションの管理進行経験（メディアバイングは未経験でも可）
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語力
  • 日常会話レベル以上の英語力

リレーションシップマネジメント

  • 外部のクライアント、内部のエージェンシーの同僚両方との肯定的な協力関係を構築し、維持する。
  • エージェントのキーコンタクトとしてクライアントから見られる。
  • 良好な関係をクライアント担当者との間に構築することが出来る。
