What we are looking for?

As a Senior Planner with integrated experience, and CRM expertise, you will be an ambassador for the planning department, informing important business decisions and shaping the communication for two of Wunderman Thompson’s longest standing, and iconic clients. Both of which are undergoing massive transformation, for which integrated planning and strategy plays a fundamental role in shaping the way forward.

You will work with a combination of marketing clients, data clients and colleagues from across the integrated agency.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver forward thinking activation & acquisition campaign ideas to be executed via CRM and through on site BTL retail channels. 
  • Innovate the way in which CRM and loyalty fit into, feed, and strengthen the integrated marketing of well known brands.
  • CRM Comms planning (70%), Loyalty proposition development (10%), Integrated brand planning (20%).
  • With the Creative Director ensure innovative creative that is aligned to the brand guidelines.
  • In tandem with the Data Strategist, identifying campaign KPI’s that ladder up to the client’s brief and overarching annual objectives. 
  • In tandem with the Data Strategist, forecasting how much incremental value a campaign will drive to ensure a positive ROI. 
  • Structure a test and learn plan annually including formulating hypotheses to test and iterate on.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow our client’s business metrics.
  • Building and adapting measurement systems based on the integrated objectives of the campaigns you design.

Who you are?

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a CRM strategy role either agency or client side.
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment, preferably in retail.
  • Excellent presentation skills- able to lead this autonomously and interact with clients to sell in ideas.
  • Knowledge of data, business casing and metrics using first party data.
  • Excellent knowledge of the market and what good CRM looks like.
  • Enthusiasm, courage, and curiosity.
