Wunderman Thompson has a unique opportunity for a motivated and organized Office Manager for the Atlanta office. As the Office Manager, you will be a critical line of support for our office and its people. You will have the ability to interact with staff at all levels and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment. You are proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.

 What you'll do:  

  • Hybrid Office Management | Monitor building access, helping manage building capacity via an online reservation system. Ensure desks and conference rooms are properly managed and cleaned. Help problem solve technology issues in partnership with IT. Perform quarterly audit of keycards. Act as point person for general office issues related to property management. 
  • Administrative Management | Responsible for daily mail pickup & distribution, and FedEx shipping. Order supplies and stock the public areas in the office as needed: conference rooms, kitchen area, printers, office supplies, etc. Manage office vendors. Maintain employee phone list. Manage parking / transit passes. 
  • Office Upkeep | Help maintain the office day-to-day, ensuring basic tidiness and cleanliness. Includes helping prepare for the office to be fully reopened, coordinating with vendors and building management. May involve occasional moving of objects to/ from storage.  
  • Cultural Champion | Promote and help organize moments that contribute to the culture of the office. Plan and coordinate events, both in and out of the office.  
  • Problem Solve | Act as subject matter expert for general questions on corporate systems and software (NetSuite, Workday, Concur, etc.). On-site and off-site meeting arrangements and preparations, including consolidating presentations and ordering meals when necessary. General administrative assistance (help with mailings, copies, client requests, purchase orders, equipment repair, etc.).

Who you are: 

  • Open and collaborative | Willing to jump into something new each day while being solution minded and focused on working with team members to accomplish goals. You are vocal and open to discussion when it comes to solving business objectives.
  • Self-Motivated | Able to stay motivated and active through workload ebbs and flows. Enjoys autonomy and takes initiative. Ability to prioritize and work through interruptions.
  • Organized | Meticulous and well-organized; able to perform as an effective project manager for internal initiatives.

What you'll need: 

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative function; previous office management experience is preferred. 
  • 2+ years of experience working in a Microsoft Office Suite of products including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A professional demeanor when greeting and speaking to guests in the workplace.
  • A problem-solver mentality.
