Can you lead multidisciplinary teams through to successful project completion, gracefully adapting to changes along the way? As one of our Program Managers within the Delivery Services team, your role will be to guide, cater and deliver integrated campaigns for global clients in partnership with the Client Services team – coordinating international talents across multiple disciplines and deliverables including; research, strategy, concept ideation, content origination, video, long copy, design, CRM, digital, bannering, events and social.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Translate client requirements and marketing strategies into solid project plans
  • Produce and manage key project documentation (timeline, cost estimations, scope of work, resource allocation and utilisation, status, risks, budget reconciliation)
  • Adapt project management style and approach to different type of project and deliverables
  • Put together the right team of experts for each project, in consultation with team leads and resource trafficking
  • Lead and organize day to day communications and interactions with the project team
  • Use your experience and support from your team to deliver agreed scopes of work on time and on budget
  • Communicate project progress with agency stakeholders; identifying and resolving issues as they arise
  • Work in close partnership with the Client Services team to ensure client needs and objectives are met
  • Be an advocate for best in class project delivery
  • Ensure workflows and processes are well understood and followed
  • Represent the Delivery Services team in client meetings when required

Who you are

  • A team leader in the making with excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • With a switched-on attitude and record of successfully adapting to new environments 
  • Knowledgeable in Project Management methodologies, phases and tools
  • Comfortable managing several projects at a time and responding to change 
  • Organisation champion, detail oriented, with great follow through skills
  • Positive problem solver able to think and react quickly 
  • Ability to manage conflict and ambiguity
  • A proactive individual, who is not scared of asking questions and challenging the status quo
  • Creative eye who enjoys working across different types of project and producing exceptional work
  • Previous creative agency experience of 3 years minimum, ideally for international clients
  • Commercially aware  
  • Fluent in English
  • Ideally Antwerp based or willing to travel to the office regularly
  • Delivery experience within large, complex organisations working with multiple clients, vendors, on and offsite teams, 3rd parties
  • Industry recognised qualifications are a plus, e.g. Agile certifications
